At 8:02 am on April 20, 2013, a magnitude - 7.0 earthquake hit Ya'an. The Blue Sky Rescue Team of China promptly assembled members with earthquake search - and - rescue experience from over 100 branches across the country in the shortest possible time and rushed to the disaster area to participate in the rescue. Their work mainly included search and rescue, information screening, emergency medical treatment, personnel evacuation, and relief supplies distribution.
